Free Cricut Images to cut this week

Every week, Cricut posts a set of images available to use in the Craftroom or Design Space for free.  The set this week is Gnomes and Mushrooms.  You can find out what images are free to cut for each week by going to the Cricut site, clicking on "Make" at the top and then choosing the "free images" tab at the top of the page.

It can be difficult to see just what a shape looks like when using the Craftroom since the layers are on different keys and in black and white.

In the Design Space, you can see the fully layered images with preselected colors that show you just what the shape will look like when you cut and assemble the pieces.

I did notice this layer when looking at the image set in the Craftroom.  This shape is part of the snail's shell.  It looks to me like this shape would make a nice rolled flower.  I haven't had a chance to try it yet....but I will!

There are so many digital image sets - I m having fun trying out some of them with my subscription plan.  Remember to always check the layers to see if there are more items that a set of cuts can be used to make.
