One Day Special - Happy Birthday to Hugh!

This week I have been doing a lot of online learning.  Creative Chemistry 102 with Tim Holtz started last Monday and will wrap up on Columbus Day.  True Scrap 5 started Thursday night and finishes today.  My head is filled with ideas for projects and new techniques that I want to try!

Online classes are such a great way to learn from experts that you might not be able to join in an "in person" class due to time and distance.  It is also wonderful to have access to the class recordings to go back and review everything days, weeks or months later.

I had promised to look after my little friends at lunchtime on Friday (I'll share more about our adventures in another post) so I missed a few of the live sessions for the True Scrap 5 classes but I have already been able to catch up with some of the videos.

Lain Ehmann, the producer of the True Scrap, Layout a Day and many other events has a special one day offer for anyone who would like to try out this style of learning and it is an amazing deal.  In honor of Hugh Jackman's 44th birthday (Lain is a big fan) she is holding a "Happy Birthday to Hugh" sale!

Today only you can buy the full recorded series of classes from True Scrap 2 (regularly priced at $127) for just $44!  That's 17 instructor videos plus virtual make and takes for only $44 - about $2.50 per class.  Just enter and apply the code HUNK at checkout. This offer expires tonight so you have to act fast.  When the clock chimes midnight (Eastern time), the code will stop working!

Here are the amazing True Scrap 2 instructors with the topics of their classes.  Click HERE to go to the class page for more information and to find the full description of the class

True Scrap 2 happened before I knew about these classes so I will definitely be taking advantage of this deal and I wanted to share it with you.  (If you don't get around to reading this until after midnight, I am sorry you missed out!).  The classes cover a wide variety of topics and the instructors have a lot of valuable experience and inspiration to share.  Click HERE to go to the page for True Scrap 2 and don't forget to enter and apply the code "HUNK" when you check out to get the $44 special price.

I have a funny story to share about this little bunny.  Claire and Emma were showing me some of their stuffed animals and I asked them the bunny's name.  Claire said it was "Meg."  "No wait, it is Meg Nut."  I was a little puzzled until I looked at the basket for the bunny and saw the embroidered name inside - "Nutmeg!"

I hope you have a beautiful weekend - ours is jam packed with events and my fingers are crossed for good weather!
