I thought I'd share one of the ways I interpreted the color and pattern challenge. If you missed the original post where I gave this challenge, you'll find it HERE.
I started with the shapes and used the Silhouette Studio program to draw some flowers that follow the pattern of the brooch. I tried using the same colors, but the result seemed a little dull - so I livened it up a bit with some pink! I made a sheet of digital paper to use for a background. It needs some tweaking but I like it so far.
I hope that you will try making something and add your link to the original post. I am shopping for a small but interesting prize from Germany and will draw a name from those who take up the challenge...
Just a couple more days and lots more to see...starting to think about the weather and hoping there won't be any problems for any of us getting back home again. I hope you are having a great weekend!
