You can see the eight (8!) cards I made on Sunday and read my post on the Creative Charms blog HERE. I will add a few detail photos to this post and share more information about the cards I made through the coming week.
I just have to say something to all of you who claim that I am an "enabler" - it may be true, however, I am also "enabled" by the comments from my readers. During the Martha Stewart Laurel Punch Around the Page set series several people mentioned that their favorite punch was the new "Cherish" PATP set.
Well...guess what hopped into my shopping cart when I visited the Michael's store near my Dad this weekend?
I used it right away for these two medallion cards. This set is particularly tricky to punch perfectly since you are aiming for a continuous smooth edge but it is sooo pretty!
Tomorrow I will get to see my brother who is out East from Minnesota for a few days - we haven't seen each other for nearly a year so I am looking forward to that. Then I'll be heading home and staying put for a while - I have an Imagine to start experimenting with!

thank you so much for sharing these absolutely gorgeous cards! They are breathtaking! Enjoy your time with your brother!
ReplyDeleteAll of those cards are so beautiful! Love the colors, bright and cheery! Also love your punching. Yes, you are an enabler!
ReplyDeleteBut, we like it!
Wow these all look so beautiful and cheery, I much prefer to see bright colours than the duller ones lol. Love the new punch, that is a stunning cut.

Love your cards! The paper is really pretty. I have such a hard time using papers with such large patterns, but you did a great job! Tell your brother to stay east a couple days. It rained here in the twin cities all day yesterday - poured so hard even the satelite had a hard time getting a picture. Today is supposed to be really windy and tomorrow we have a chance of snow and a high of around 40. Brrrr!
ReplyDeleteStay warm! JeanH
the colors, the bling bling and the lovely designs. I love them so. I always look forward to what you share with us (and enable us with). Wish I had a M's close to me but we are getting a Joann's in the spring (right across the street from HL).
