Cricut Lite Cartridges added to Design Studio

The Design Studio update for the new Cricut Lite cartridges is available to download.  This is the best way to really see what each cartridge has to offer.  You can download the update from the Cricut.com site HERE.  You will have to log in to get to the download page.

When you download the font pack, be sure to save it and then run the installer to properly add the cartridges.  You will need to restart Design Studio for the cartridges to show in the list of all cartridges.  The lite cartridges will all be in the Font category even though only some of them contain a font.  The only cartridge missing from the update is the Savory cartridge.

You can also see the color sample sheets for each cartridge on the Cricut.com site in a new section of the products area  HERE.  Be sure to click the image tab and then click "View Large Image" to get the best view.

I have not been able to find these in any WalMart stores near me yet   This is probably a good thing for now!  I can spend some time really looking at what they have to offer to make a wishlist.  The image at the top of this post is a screen shot done with Lacy Labels - I think that will be a "must have" for me!
